With 9 years experience as a licensed Property Manager, Billy has several clients whom have been extremely satisfied with his work ethics and strong capabilities within successful property management, so much so that they have brought over not only the one property to managed but often all their respective properties including friends and family member whom have investment properties.
His commitment in providing excellent service stems from his own personal experience dealing with property manager as a tenant and now as landlord with his investment property. His understanding on managing risk and returns stems from his background as an Investment Analyst and thereafter as Business Development Manager in a large infrastructure and Property Development Group.
In his own time, he enjoys soccer, exploring new places as well as community work.
